WPP Media is currently hiring for Manager, Senior Manager, and Associate Director roles within its Social team at the Global Operations Centre. As a trusted growth partner for leading global brands, WPP Media utilizes its AI-driven media operating unit and pioneering agentic marketing platform to combine media, data, and partnerships for personalized campaigns at scale. In this position, daily tasks vary by seniority, ranging from hands-on paid social campaign execution, optimization, and media planning for multi-client accounts to overarching campaign strategy, cross-functional coordination, and managing direct or indirect reports. Professionals at different levels will handle centralized service delivery, performance reporting, and maintaining quality standards across major global social platforms in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid social media plans and campaign strategies aligned with client briefs.
• Perform hands-on campaign setup, ad creation, and performance optimization on major social channels.
• Build performance reports, review decks, and share insights with regional and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and regional hubs across the U.S., Europe, Asia, MEA, and AUNZ.
• Enforce platform best practices, consistency, and deliver high-quality work at scale.
• Manage teams, mentor junior staff, and oversee projects depending on the assigned leadership tier.
• Handle multi-location activation, centralized service delivery, hiring, and capacity planning for senior roles.

Requirements

• Between 4 to 8+ years of experience in paid social or digital media execution depending on the role level.
• Educational qualification including a graduation or post-graduation degree in any stream.
• Experience in delivering services from a centralized location or hub to global regional teams.
• Proficiency in core social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Pinterest.
• Familiarity with management and automation tools such as Sprinklr, SocialFlow, Smartly, 4C, Scibids, and HubSpot.
• Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Studio, Dataroma, and web analytics platforms.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities, a solution-oriented mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with TikTok for Associate Director levels.
• Familiarity with Reddit for Associate Director levels.
