Responsibilities
- Define product hierarchy, messaging, and differentiation across customer journey stages
- Analyze target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to shape ideal customer profiles
- Manage go-to-market strategies and lead product launches alongside sales and product teams
- Create marketing materials such as sales decks, website copy, battle cards, and demo videos
- Partner with the marketing team on lead generation and provide sales enablement tools
- Mentor, manage, and expand the product marketing team while setting strategic OKRs
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 12+ years of overall marketing experience
- 5+ years of experience doing tech marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
- Ability to translate complex technical products into marketing assets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience tracking and measuring impact using data

- MBA degree
- Experience within the wellness and beauty industry
