Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of an AI-powered triage platform using AI agents and LangChain.
- Architect quarterly releases of diagnostic tools on AWS infrastructure.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team through effective people management.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product leadership to translate support needs into roadmaps.
- Drive technical excellence through hands-on code reviews in Python and AI frameworks.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years in engineering management.
- Proven fluency in AI, LLMs, and hands-on application of AI tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python for building production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable systems on AWS.
- Experience building AI agents and working with frameworks like LangChain.
- Track record in managing engineering teams, hiring, and technical mentorship.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
