As a Manufacturing Partner Success Manager at Xometry in Bangalore, India, you will help power a digital marketplace connecting big ideas with global manufacturers. Xometry empowers businesses and Fortune 1000 buyers by providing critical resources for manufacturing capacity. In this full-time role, you act as the primary contact for the partner community to ensure tasks do not get stuck in queues and production time is protected. A normal day involves managing the order life cycle, handling communication queues, resolving production blockers like cost and lead time discrepancies, and escalating complex risks to leadership. You coordinate closely with internal teams to keep manufacturing processes moving smoothly, drive task completion, and maintain transparency in project statuses while supporting throughput during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary tactical driver for partner success and resolve production blockers.
• Manage job cancellation requests and missing inspection documents.
• Oversee PSS dispute resolutions and monitor communication queues.
• Facilitate troubled order recovery and execute pull-in requests.
• Collaborate with internal Operations and Quality CoE teams.
• Build trust-based relationships with partners and provide project updates.
• Identify automation opportunities and escalate complex risks to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of managing schedule commitments and customer expectations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to keep production underway.
• Proficiency in ERP tools, communication software, and quality management systems.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with English C1+ proficiency.

• Experience working with Xometry's digital marketplace or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Sheets.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
