Responsibilities
- Execute regional strategies to onboard high-performing partners in CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Sheet Metal, and Injection Molding.
- Implement frameworks to monitor quality, on-time delivery, and responsiveness, addressing gaps directly with partners.
- Align local capacity with global demand to optimize lead times and costs.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations and Sales teams.
- Lead and mentor a data-driven regional team.
- Advocate for the needs of the Indian partner ecosystem internally.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of total experience, including strategy consulting, supply network management, B2B marketplace leadership, or B2C e-commerce leadership.
- Hands-on experience scaling supplier networks in India.
- Solid operational knowledge of key manufacturing technologies like CNC, Injection Molding, and Sheet Metal.
- Proven track record of managing and developing operational or supplier management teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
