As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's API-first platform, which automates provider licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment. Working closely with your team lead, your normal day will involve managing daily processing tasks, researching and evaluating provider licensure information, completing applications on behalf of customers, and validating data accuracy. You will also collaborate cross-functionally, communicate with providers and clients via email for missing details, draft clear guideline documents from your research, and support new client implementations or ad hoc projects. Responsibilities
- Research, interpret, and evaluate provider licensure and continuing medical education information for the United States
- Complete credential, licensure, and payor enrollment applications for Certify customers
- Validate and authenticate platform updates to ensure 100% data accuracy
- Interact with clients and providers via email to gather any required additional information
- Support monitoring tasks and new client implementation projects
- Summarize research findings into clear, concise guideline documents for customers
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
- Ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
