CertifyOS is looking for an AI & Support Automation - Engineer in Bengaluru to join their team building modern healthcare data infrastructure. CertifyOS creates an API-first platform that automates provider licensing, credentialing, enrollment, and network monitoring by connecting directly to primary data sources, helping healthcare organizations reduce administrative work and regulatory risk. In this role, you will be a hands-on builder leading support automation initiatives while personally designing and building end-to-end AI solutions. A normal day for this engineer involves identifying high-impact support processes, building AI-powered workflows and agents, deploying them into production, integrating AI with CRMs and ticketing tools, and continuously monitoring AI quality, accuracy, cost, latency, and overall business impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact support processes for AI and automation.
• Design, build, integrate, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines covering data ingestion, orchestration, model execution, and production monitoring.
• Integrate AI with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, knowledge bases, and internal tools.
• Monitor AI quality, accuracy, cost, latency, and business impact for continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive AI-led transformation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of overall experience in software engineering, AI/ML, automation, technical operations, or support technology.
• 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI and LLM application development with production experience.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, tool/function calling, and MCP.
• Experience building end-to-end AI/LLM pipelines and production deployment with CI/CD.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of customer-support workflows and automation opportunities.

Good to have

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Gemini, or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with workflow tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
• Cloud and container experience using AWS, Azure, GCP, or Docker.
• Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Freshdesk, or Zoho.
