CertifyOS is developing the data infrastructure for modern healthcare by offering an API-first platform that automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring to eliminate fragmented and outdated provider data. As a Team Lead for Credentialing, you will manage a production-focused pod of Operations Analysts and Credentialing Specialists in Pune, India, while aligned to EST hours. You will guide daily execution, drive team performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle client operations. A normal day in this role involves monitoring turnaround times and core metrics, conducting daily standups, reviewing file processing quality, managing escalations, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to streamline workflows and maintain service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage core operational metrics including speed, quality, and efficiency to consistently meet SLAs.
• Monitor daily and weekly turnaround times and quality metrics to drive corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor a pod of Operations Analysts and Credentialing Specialists for timely file processing.
• Conduct daily standups, weekly performance reviews, and facilitate performance conversations.
• Identify process gaps, document SOPs, and manage operational escalations.
• Communicate performance insights upward, downward, and laterally to maintain alignment.
• Support onboarding, hiring, capacity planning, and workload balancing for your pod.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional US-healthtech and credentialing experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 5+ in a production-driven environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management experience.
• Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to have

• 1 to 2 years of experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare operations.
• Knowledge of NCQA guidelines and state/federal credentialing regulations.
• Skills in SQL, Excel Macros, or related analytical tools.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes, provider data management, and healthcare compliance.
