Coupang, a fast-growing global e-commerce company known for disrupting the industry and simplifying customer lives, is looking for a Senior Director of Technical Program Management specializing in SAP Programs in Bengaluru. In this leadership position, you will head complex, multi-year enterprise transformation programs that cover Finance, ERP, Compliance, and Business Operations. The team operates in a dynamic environment combining startup culture with global public company resources. A typical day involves setting program strategy, establishing governance frameworks, and managing end-to-end execution. You will partner with senior executives, technology teams, finance departments, and external consulting partners to drive SAP modernization, process standardization, and organizational change. The role requires balancing executive presence with hands-on oversight to ensure successful deployment and measurable business outcomes while navigating a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Finance, ERP, Compliance, and Corporate Functions.
• Establish program governance, operating mechanisms, risk management frameworks, and executive reporting structures.
• Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through deployment and business adoption.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, and Technology organizations to define and execute transformation roadmaps.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across global regions.
• Partner with Internal Audit, Risk, Security, and Compliance teams to strengthen controls and governance processes.
• Manage relationships with consulting partners, systems integrators, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of program management, PMO, transformation, or enterprise delivery experience.
• Experience in leading large scale greenfield migration program ECC to S4HANA.
• Experience in leading multi-functional, multi-geo teams including teams from consulting companies.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management expertise.
