In this role, you will collaborate closely with various business and engineering teams to define, streamline, and analyze data to build business requirements. You will guide engineering teams through every phase of the Software Development Lifecycle, from project charter and roadmap creation to design, build, execution, delivery, and performance monitoring. A normal day involves driving large-scale technical initiatives, conducting functional and technical data analysis, ensuring seamless communication across teams, managing complex programs, and resolving customer issues using feedback systems to boost productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define, streamline, design, and analyze data for business requirements.
• Drive engineering teams from implementation to delivery through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Own, manage, and deliver multiple large-scale, complex programs across organizations.
• Manage end-to-end implementation including project charters, roadmaps, planning, design, execution, and adoption monitoring.
• Create, evolve, and communicate specifications for feature areas to enable cohesive scenarios spanning multiple teams.
• Analyze data and business needs to formulate new platform scenarios and business requirements.
• Establish, enable, and improve systems to manage product feedback and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of engineering program management experience managing feature teams and designing large-scale technical initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in platform, web design, and APIs used by internal and external teams.
• Strong functional and technical analytical capability regarding shared platforms, web services, and APIs.
• Ability to dive deep into system problems to simplify services and cloud platforms.
• Blend of technical, business, and program management experience for cross-team communication and project execution.
• Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong cultural change management experience and data strategy implementation skills.

Good to have

• Knowledge or experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum.
• Demonstrated virtual team leadership capabilities.
