Everbridge is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, AI & Data in Bengaluru to build internal tools and systems from end to end. In this role, you will design back-end services, APIs, front-end interfaces, and data integrations while handling deployment and infrastructure. A normal day involves working on diverse projects such as workflow automation tools, internal dashboards, and AI-powered features. You will collaborate closely with the Applied AI Engineer to integrate LLMs, RAG, and agent capabilities into usable software. Additionally, you will partner with various business teams to understand their challenges and deliver effective internal solutions, owning your projects all the way through to production and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end internal tools, back-end services, APIs, and front-end interfaces.
• Shift across different projects and problem types based on shifting priorities.
• Integrate LLM, RAG, and agent capabilities into usable software products.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the business to understand challenges and build solutions.
• Own what you build through to production with a focus on reliable shipping.
• Handle data integrations and infrastructure deployment for your systems.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with production-grade code experience.
• Proficiency in building across the stack using Python or TypeScript with a modern web framework.
• Demonstrated range and adaptability in picking up unfamiliar problems and shipping quickly.
• Extensive experience working with AI, including integrating APIs and building features on top of models.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical teams to turn their problems into working solutions.
• Data fluency with databases, pipelines, and structured or unstructured data.
• Autonomy to thrive in a small team without heavy process and set your own direction.

Good to have

• Experience building internal tools or platforms for other teams.
• Cloud, DevOps, or deployment experience with CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features in production.
• A portfolio of varied systems built end to end.
