In this role, your normal day will involve configuring the software to match customer workflows, designing proof of concepts, managing data migration tasks, and resolving client issues quickly. Responsibilities

• Solution and configure Zenoti to meet customer business processes.
• Design and setup proof of concepts and pilots for large customers.
• Extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems into Zenoti.
• Identify significant risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
• Maintain complete documentation and follow organizational processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years prior experience in implementing software systems.
• Hands-on experience in data transformation, validation, and migration.
• Deep knowledge of MS Excel features.
• Ability to use tools or scripts to transform data for customer sites.
• Experience with data migrations and data mapping.
• Technology-centric background with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Good to have

• Working knowledge of database systems.
• Knowledge of Web Design using HTML.
• Ability to innovate and develop tools to enhance the migration process.
