Zenoti is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Zenoti builds an all-in-one cloud-based software solution designed specifically for the beauty and wellness industry, helping businesses manage appointments, POS, CRM, inventory, and marketing from a mobile platform. The company powers thousands of salons, spas, and fitness studios globally, utilizing enterprise technology to help clients streamline systems and boost customer retention. In this role, you will help onboard clients by configuring the platform to meet their unique business processes, handling data migration, and designing proof of concepts. A normal day as a Senior Implementation Consultant involves troubleshooting customer concerns, running data transformation tasks, managing project risks, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining complete project documentation while ensuring adherence to organizational SLAs and key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Solution and configure Zenoti to meet specific customer business processes.
• Design and set up proof of concepts and pilots for priority customers.
• Extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems into Zenoti.
• Identify risks and unknowns to drive mitigation plans during onboarding.
• Address client issues and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain complete documentation and follow internal implementation processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage customer expectations and meet needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of prior experience in implementing software systems.
• Hands-on experience in data transformation, system validation, and migration tasks.
• Deep knowledge of MS Excel features.
• Ability to use tools or scripts for data transformation and site setup.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects.

Good to have

• Working knowledge of database systems.
• Knowledge of Web Design using HTML.
• Ability to innovate and develop tools to enhance the migration process.
