Zenoti is seeking a Senior Manager for Product Management focusing on AI Workflows in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Zenoti delivers a cloud-based software solution designed for the beauty and wellness sector, helping businesses manage appointments, point-of-sale operations, CRM, inventory, and marketing through an all-in-one mobile platform. Serving over 30,000 salons, spas, medspas, and fitness studios across more than 50 countries, the company utilizes enterprise technology to streamline systems and boost customer retention. In this role, you will lead the product strategy for HyperConnect, Zenoti's intelligent AI-powered customer engagement platform, which utilizes large language models and conversational AI across phone, SMS, and web channels. A normal day involves defining product roadmaps, collaborating with AI and data science teams to translate LLM capabilities into features, gathering customer requirements, designing conversational behaviors, and driving cross-functional projects with engineering, design, and sales to improve customer engagement and revenue recovery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HyperConnect.
• Partner with AI/ML engineering teams to translate LLM capabilities into customer-facing features.
• Gather customer requirements and build agile product backlogs for AI engagement tools.
• Work with data science teams to define conversational AI behaviors and prompt engineering strategies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
• Define success metrics and KPIs including engagement rates and revenue recovery.
• Monitor advancements in LLMs, generative AI, and conversational AI to enhance product features.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager.
• At least 1 year of experience working on AI/ML-powered products.
• Demonstrated experience shipping products leveraging LLMs, conversational AI, or multi-channel engagement platforms.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts such as prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Technical or engineering background capable of leading deep technical discussions with AI/ML engineers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear product specifications using data analytics.

Good to have

• Experience with omni-channel customer engagement platforms.
• Background in B2B SaaS products within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality sectors.
• Experience with NLP/NLU platforms and customer interaction analytics.
• MBA from a premier management institute or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of the wellness industry and its unique operational challenges.
