As a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation within the Finance department, you will play a key role in turning the global quote-to-cash function into a strategic advantage. Working in a hybrid setup reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Transformation, you will define and deliver a touchless, AI-enabled order-to-cash operating model. A normal day involves designing automation and AI agents for order validation, invoicing, and collections, standardizing global processes, building automated controls, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Tax, IT, and Revenue Accounting teams to scale operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global O2C vision, service delivery model, and multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with strategic KPIs.
• Lead touchless finance and agentic AI adoption by deploying automation across order validation, invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections.
• Standardize O2C processes globally and partner with Business Systems on ERP, CPQ, billing, and AR platform roadmaps.
• Build SOX-ready automated controls and maintain contract data alignment with ASC 606 revenue requirements.
• Prepare the function for global e-invoicing and indirect tax mandates.
• Drive cross-functional adoption and alignment across Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, Tax, IT, and Revenue Operations teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering process automation in finance operations, including RPA, AI, and agentic workflows.
• 12+ years in finance operations, O2C, finance transformation, or advisory, including 4+ years leading global O2C transformation programs.
• Recent experience in B2B SaaS subscription businesses with working knowledge of multi-year, ramped, and usage-based billing models.
• Hands-on delivery across at least 3 instances of end-to-end ERP, billing, or AR automation implementations from requirements to hypercare.
• Solid understanding of SOX 404 controls design and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience designing or operating Salesforce CPQ.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive operational efficiency.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering billing systems.
• Knowledge or operational experience in revenue recognition.
