Senior Product Manager

Coupang, a rapidly growing global commerce company, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its team in Bengaluru. The company aims to make shopping, eating, and living easier while disrupting the multi-billion-dollar commerce industry through a startup culture backed by large global resources. In this full-time role, you will take charge of the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators. A normal day involves managing the complete product life cycle from the beginning to the launch phase, writing requirements, defining use cases, and establishing metrics for success. You will outline new projects with clear timelines and goals, inspire colleagues with the product vision, and collaborate across teams. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvements by executing A/B tests and analyzing the impact of shipped features.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs
• Manage the entire product life cycle from inception to launch
• Write product requirements, define use cases, and set success metrics
• Define new projects with clear goals and timelines through multi-party communication
• Inspire the team with the product vision and work cross-functionally
• Own and drive improvements by running A/B tests and impact analysis

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of executing a compelling product vision
• Analytical mindset suited for a fast-paced, data-driven, and ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Bias for action and a willingness to get hands dirty to complete tasks
• Sound business judgment with strong communication and influencing abilities
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent experience

Good to have

• Prior product management experience in Finance, Settlement, and Payments related products
