You will also address customer issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth implementations while aligning your working hours with customer time zones, which includes working in night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to define needs and aid software adoption for operational efficiency.
• Lead product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and solution reviews for clients.
• Design and configure proofs of concept and pilots for large customers.
• Configure the platform to match specific business scenarios and manage risks.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly to maintain high satisfaction and ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow internal organizational processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage customer expectations and meet requirements.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in enterprise product implementation and support.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Strong software exposure to design and configure software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation, training, and demo skills.
• Solid logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Openness to travel on short notice to client locations.

Good to have

• Knowledge of web design using HTML and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with MS Office, JIRA, and Basecamp.
• Experience working in the wellness or spa industry.
• Eagerness to learn about industry revenue drivers.
