As a Senior Software Engineer - .NET + AI, you will be part of the technology team building and scaling software solutions for the beauty and wellness industry. A typical day in this role involves designing and developing SaaS features using .NET and modern frameworks, collaborating with product managers and designers, reviewing code, leading technical design discussions, managing production health, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to build reliable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and technical delivery of significant product features.
• Design and build scalable SaaS applications using .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and Flutter/React.
• Drive testing standards, code coverage, and improve test automation infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance adherence, data governance, and apply a security-first mindset.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment.
• Monitor production health, configure alerts, and handle incident response for your components.
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience building enterprise-scale SaaS applications with .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL Server/NoSQL, and Flutter or React.
• 3+ years of experience building highly available, scalable, distributed cloud services on AWS or Azure.
• Strong system design, analytical thinking, and complex problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on production experience using modern AI-assisted development tools like Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Strong engineering judgment to evaluate and critically review AI-generated code for security and performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience building developer productivity tooling.
• Experience creating prompt libraries or reusable workflows.
• Experience building MCP servers.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering automation.
