Requirements
- 5+ years developing curriculum for technical or software training courses
- Proficiency in Linux environments including Cloud and Development tooling
- Ability to explain API benefits and governance to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with content management systems, knowledge bases, or online learning references
- Ability to adapt to multiple learning methods based on subject matter and audience
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to customer and Kong locations as needed
