The company is currently hiring a Sr. Immigration Specialist for the Middle East to join the team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be part of the growing Immigration team and will report directly to the Global Director of Immigration. Your main objective is to help corporate clients and their workers secure essential work and resident permits, specifically focusing on the Middle East region. A normal day in this position involves handling immigration casework from beginning to end, communicating with candidates and governmental authorities, advising clients on applicable rules and regulations, managing visa lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless onboarding experiences for new foreign hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage immigration casework from the initial assessment phase through documentation collection, submission, and monitoring until completion.
• Evaluate new candidates to determine their eligibility for sponsorship and verify the accuracy of all submitted details.
• Serve as the primary bridge between candidates, governmental authorities, and in-country partners to maintain process momentum.
• Advise clients on relevant global market regulations to ensure compliance with local business needs.
• Handle the complete life cycle of candidate immigration needs by keeping records and tracking visa expiration dates.
• Partner with Client and Employee Experience teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for foreign hires.
• Monitor international immigration news and update internal knowledge management tools accordingly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience working in Immigration or Global Mobility.
• Possess research-oriented habits, exceptional organizational skills, and strict attention to detail.
• Demonstrate the ability to rapidly absorb information across operations spanning 180+ countries.
• Bring excellent presentation, verbal, written, listening, and consultative communication skills.
• Remain technology-literate, including familiarity with G Suite applications.
• Maintain a strong consultative customer service and project management style.
• Show business proficiency in English.

• Arabic language proficiency.
