As a System Administrator at the Hyderabad location, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. Your team collaborates with various business stakeholders and IT professionals to guarantee high performance, security, and compliance across networks, systems, and applications. A normal day in this role involves installing and configuring servers, managing endpoint devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, deploying updates and patches, and working on network administration and security tasks. You will also mentor junior team members, automate operational tasks, and ensure that critical company systems maintain high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers on Azure, virtual environments, and operating systems.
- Manage endpoint devices using Entra or Jamf and deploy group policies.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, Defender, DLP, Purview, and enterprise software licenses.
- Configure and support networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for endpoint operating systems and hardware.
- Develop automation tools and leverage AI to streamline operational tasks.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 to 9 years of relevant work experience as a System Administrator.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience in network administration tasks and tools such as Aruba, SIEM, and Palo Alto Global Protect.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices, protocols, and endpoint management.
Good to have
- Microsoft Certified certifications including MS-100, MS-500, AZ-500, or AZ-900.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
- Microsoft SC-200 or MD-100 certifications.
