Responsibilities
- Develop new tools and processes to support the strategic goals of the TW Engineering team.
- Prioritize programs and activities in alignment with the team's mission.
- Act as an internal accelerator to help implement fresh tools and processes.
- Collaborate with internal groups like engineering, finance, legal, and product teams to drive scalable solutions.
- Identify system needs and create processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Define metrics to measure internal resource efficacy and lead teams to improve them.
- Define technical metrics to help the team enhance engineering excellence.
- Use data to guide system needs and prioritize requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in software development, QA, or related fields.
- 5+ years of tech program management experience.
- Experience in complex problem solving, root-cause analysis, and practical solution generation.
- Ability to quickly synthesize information and present key insights to leadership.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data to form business insights.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
