The User Acquisition team is seeking an experienced User Acquisition performance marketer to drive growth for the company's mobile portfolio in Bengaluru. In this role, you will manage large-scale advertising campaigns across various digital channels. A normal day for a User Acquisition Manager at Zynga involves analyzing marketing data, optimizing campaigns across different platforms, forecasting budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product marketing, and creative departments to scale marketing efforts and improve internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage user acquisition and retargeting campaigns on paid social and ad network platforms
- Lead optimization efforts across creative, geo, platform, and channel to maximize returns
- Utilize ad attribution and tracking with mobile measurement partners
- Collaborate with Game, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to increase LTV and lower acquisition costs
- Handle daily, weekly, and quarterly budget forecasting and performance reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a performance marketing role
- Demonstrated experience with campaign management on paid social and DSP channels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience working in a metrics-based environment
- Experience with Tableau, advanced Excel, and mobile measurement partners
- Outstanding written and spoken stakeholder communication skills
