Everpure, a major data platform company with billions in revenue, is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and functional teams to transform metrics into clear business intelligence requirements, reports, and dashboards. A key aspect of the position is weaving artificial intelligence into every part of the workflow, from requirement gathering to dashboard building and process automation. A normal day involves collaborating across teams to understand requirements, building interactive visualizations using Tableau and Snowflake, writing SQL and Python scripts for automation, and exploring agentic workflows to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to document clear BI requirements using AI tools.
• Design interactive, AI-enhanced data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
• Source, structure, and process large datasets using Snowflake and Snowflake Cortex.
• Automate and scale BI workflows with Python, SQL, and AI coding assistants.
• Promote AI-forward best practices and prompting techniques for analytics automation.
• Participate in the development of CX BI frameworks with AI-driven insights.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to align solutions with goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of data analytics or BI experience using AI productivity tools.
• Proficiency in Tableau for developing interactive dashboards.
• Experience managing and integrating data using Snowflake or Snowflake Cortex.
• Expertise in SQL and Python for scaling and optimizing BI workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, math, or a related quantitative field.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Ability to communicate data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Good to have

• Tableau Desktop Certified Associate Certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Salesforce reporting modules.
• Experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst in a technical support environment.
• Genuine curiosity about AI/ML and pushing AI into the analytics workflow.
