Emergent Labs is hiring a Content Creator to join their team in Bengaluru. Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications from plain-language intent. Backed by major investors and scaling rapidly globally, the company creates tools used by millions of users worldwide, with a large portion of users being non-coders such as solo founders and small business owners. In this role, you will serve as the recurring face of Emergent on video, primarily targeting international audiences in the US and Europe. A normal day involves conceptualizing video ideas, writing or refining scripts, appearing on camera for short-form content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, shooting content regularly, collaborating with editors, hosting interviews, and reviewing performance data to adapt your approach.
Responsibilities
- Appear on camera as the recurring face of Emergent across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Contribute original video ideas and write or rework scripts for natural delivery
- Shoot on a regular weekly cadence, including self-shot content when needed
- Produce timely videos quickly, often within 48 hours of a trend or news moment
- Host formats involving interviews with users, founders, and guests
- Collaborate with editors on pacing, hooks, and cuts
- Represent the brand on camera in replies, community posts, and live sessions
- Review performance data and adjust the content approach accordingly
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience being the face of video content for a brand or own channel
- A body of work available for review with performance numbers
- Native or near-native English with a North American or European accent
- Ability to perform for US and European audiences with knowledge of that internet culture
- Legally able to work in India
- Strong instincts for creating engaging hooks that stop scrolling
- Ability to self-shoot and self-direct when needed
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
