In a typical day, you will monitor performance metrics and SLAs, manage client escalations, conduct one-on-one sessions with team leaders, review capacity planning, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize workflows and drive process improvements. Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing performance metrics and SLAs to guarantee consistent quality and client health.
• Identify and execute process enhancements to boost efficiency, lower error rates, and drive automation adoption.
• Handle client escalations and act as the escalation point for intricate credentialing hurdles.
• Oversee capacity planning, capability building, and workload management for scalability.
• Lead and mentor multiple Credentialing Team Leads to help them hit operational targets for speed and quality.
• Establish clear performance standards, track team OKRs, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with Team Leads to address metrics, blockers, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Leadership experience as a tier-1 operator in a high-volume operations setting.
• Data-driven mindset capable of analyzing performance trends and introducing improvements.
• Experience managing multiple team leads and scaling operational teams within a fast-growing environment.
