Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company focused on innovative products for underserved patients. The CX Strategy & Digital Transformation team builds next-generation commercial and medical engagement capabilities powered by Salesforce, AI, and Data Cloud. The CRM Solution/Data Architect will define and govern enterprise CRM, customer data, integration, and engagement architecture. In a normal day, the architect partners with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to design future-state solutions, establish data governance standards, lead architecture reviews, and guide integration strategies across Salesforce and connected enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end CRM architecture strategy supporting multiple business domains.
• Lead customer data architecture for HCP, HCO, KOL, patient, account, and territory domains.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce, Snowflake, IQVIA, ERP, and analytics platforms.
• Lead architecture for Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein, and predictive analytics initiatives.
• Define architecture governance covering design reviews, standards compliance, and release readiness.
• Serve as a trusted architecture advisor to leadership across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and IT.
• Mentor solution architects, developers, and technical leads to raise architecture maturity.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in CRM, enterprise, data, or solution architecture.
• 10+ years of Salesforce platform architecture experience with enterprise-scale solutions.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial processes, patient services, and omnichannel engagement.
• Ability to work full coverage of US Eastern Time business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
• Expertise in master data management, integration design, and data governance standards.

Good to have

• Experience with AI-enabled CRM and field productivity use cases.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance standards like HIPAA, GDPR, and Sunshine Act.
