The Azurity Finance Team in Hyderabad is looking for a Senior BP&A Analyst to help the organization make profitable and well-founded decisions. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team working to enable business success. A normal day in this position involves partnering with US finance and business leaders to drive planning, insights, and decision support, supporting annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reporting, delivering variance analysis, reviewing general ledger balances, and driving process improvements and system adoption.
Responsibilities
- Partner with US finance and business leaders to drive planning, insights, and decision support
- Support annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reporting cycles
- Support long-range financial planning and scenario modelling for strategic decisions
- Deliver variance analysis comparing actuals against budget and forecasts with clear drivers and insights
- Review general ledger balances and cost centers to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system adoption such as Oracle ERP and Workday Adaptive Planning
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive FP&A experience across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue forecasting, valuations, and capital planning
- Strong expertise in GAAP or IFRS, financial reporting, and end-to-end close processes
- Advanced Excel expertise with a strong process improvement mindset
- Proven team leadership capabilities
