As a Salesforce Technical Lead based in Hyderabad, you will guide a high-performing Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud team and act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders. In this role, a normal day involves mentoring developers, overseeing project delivery, conducting code reviews, designing scalable Salesforce architectures, managing resource allocation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions while ensuring platform security and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud developers.
- Oversee project delivery, manage resource allocation, priorities, timelines, and client expectations.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
- Architect enterprise-grade solutions balancing custom development with platform capabilities.
- Lead third-party integrations using APIs, Apex, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Partner with business teams to assess challenges and recommend strategic Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.
- Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Data Model, and Security Model.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git version control, CI/CD, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, governor limits, and scalable design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Good to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certifications.
- Experience implementing enterprise integration and design patterns within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the Lightning Design System.
- Experience working within Agile and EOS-based delivery environments.
