Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company focused on innovative products for underserved patients across multiple medical markets. As the company expands globally, the Supply Chain team is looking for a Senior Supply Planner based in Hyderabad. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in ensuring reliable product supply across the external manufacturing network. A normal day in this fast-paced, international environment involves preparing and updating monthly supply plans, issuing purchase orders, tracking open orders with contract manufacturing organizations, monitoring inventory levels against demand, managing daily supply issues, validating planning master data, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update monthly supply plans for assigned CMOs based on demand, inventory, open purchase orders, and lead times.
• Issue and maintain Purchase Orders and rolling forecasts to CMOs matching the approved supply plan.
• Track open orders with CMOs to ensure timely deliveries and highlight any delays, changes, or risks.
• Monitor inventory levels to flag potential shortages, excess stock, or obsolescence risks.
• Support day-to-day management of supply issues including short-term replanning and order adjustments.
• Maintain and validate supply planning master data for assigned SKUs such as lead times and safety stock.
• Participate in regular planning touchpoints with CMOs and internal stakeholders.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a supply chain management field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in end-to-end planning within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Direct interaction experience with Contract Manufacturing Organizations in an international environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of effective cross-functional and external partner collaboration.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently.

Good to have

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems with functional knowledge as an advantage.
• Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
