As the Director of FP&A at CertifyOS, you will operate as a critical strategic architect during a period of hyper-growth. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, your mission is to transform traditional financial processes into a dynamic operational and revenue engine. On a typical day, you will build sophisticated long-range financial models, partner closely with executive leadership and the C-suite, evaluate growth levers, and design automated forecasting dashboards to guide key business decisions and capital allocation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary strategic thought partner to the C-suite, translating complex financial data into actionable growth strategies.
• Manage multi-year financial models, annual budgeting processes, and continuous rolling re-forecasts across hybrid business models.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to accelerate revenue velocity and operational efficiency.
• Design, implement, and automate a modern FP&A technology stack utilizing AI and advanced planning tools.
• Prepare monthly executive dashboards, quarterly Board presentations, and key investor communications.
• Establish clear operational KPIs and standard business metrics across departments for single-source strategic truth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team over time, starting initially as an individual contributor role.

Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years of pure-play FP&A and strategic finance leadership.
• Demonstrated background scaling a B2B SaaS or HealthTech company through rapid growth.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise SaaS unit economics, go-to-market mechanics, and multi-product financial modeling.
• Proven experience leveraging AI and frontier models in daily processes and project initiatives.
• Hands-on experience implementing modern FP&A planning platforms and building financial infrastructure from scratch.
• Direct experience producing Board-level decks and communicating complex strategies to executive stakeholders.

Good to have

• Familiarity with the commercial and financial dynamics of US healthcare, provider systems, or usage-based API platforms.
• Direct involvement in Series B or C capital raises, debt financing, M&A execution, or IPO readiness workflows.
• Experience modeling and managing financial operations across cross-border international structures.
• Direct experience communicating financial strategy to institutional investors.
