Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution through the full software development lifecycle to deliver resilient algorithms and system features.
• Mentor and empower software engineers in an agile, high-trust environment focused on continuous learning.
• Translate real-world customer insights into development priorities to ensure high satisfaction and product improvement.
• Implement and refine agile development workflows and quality best practices to shorten release cycles.
• Maintain exceptional system reliability while driving product innovation on predictable schedules.
• Partner closely with product management, cross-functional teams, and customer success leaders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience guiding and growing software engineering teams.
• Balance technical guidance with people management while staying engaged with system architecture.
• Strong technical background in core software development such as C, C++, Golang, or Java.
• Proven success managing complete SDLC processes in an agile or short-cycle environment.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and clear communication skills.
• Track record of facilitating alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work from the Bangalore office in an in-office environment.
