Responsibilities
- Build and manage the Salesforce engineering team, driving hiring, coaching, and career growth.

Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience in engineering.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience working in Salesforce.

- Experience working in Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and Data Cloud.
- 3+ years of leading software engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading software engineers.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience.
