The Sr Manager, Business Operations at Fictiv involves managing daily operational rhythms, strategic initiatives, and decision support as a strategic partner to the SVP, Operations & Supply Chain. Fictiv leads a global manufacturing and supply chain organization operating across the US, Mexico, Japan, India, and China. A normal workday in the Bengaluru Global Capability Center requires managing the SVP's schedule during US Central hours (roughly 7:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. IST), designing operating cadences, running cross-functional meetings, analyzing KPIs, drafting executive communications, and tracking global project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the operating rhythm of the Operations & Supply Chain organization.
• Directly lead cross-regional and cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem framing to measurable outcomes.
• Prepare the SVP for high-stakes decisions by building analyses, business cases, and clear trade-off recommendations.
• Draft high-quality executive materials, organizational narratives, and all-hands content.
• Administer goals and KPIs, tracking progress against commitments and surfacing risks early.
• Manage the SVP's calendar as a strategic asset, coordinating complex international travel and priorities.
• Build trusted relationships across international regional teams and functional partners.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, management consulting, supply chain, or program management.
• Demonstrated track record of owning cross-functional programs end-to-end in a global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort working with KPIs and dashboards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English for drafting executive-quality documents.
• Structured problem-solver with high ownership, a bias for action, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
• Outstanding judgment, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Good to have

• Domain exposure to manufacturing, hardware, or supply chain operations.
• Experience operating in a multinational, matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with modern collaboration tools, BI tools, and enthusiasm for AI tools.
• Experience designing and executing executive events and offsites for a global audience.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree, or formal project management training like PMP.
