As an ERP Program Manager in the IT ERP space at Everpure in Bangalore, you will lead project success, drive efficient delivery, and foster team collaboration. A normal day in this role involves managing project resources and deliverables, mitigating risks, communicating with stakeholders, running Agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior team members. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle from inception to retirement, ensuring alignment with business goals while leveraging data-driven decision-making and Agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP project resources and optimize utilization for maximum productivity.
• Monitor deliverable quality and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
• Identify risks early and build strong mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to retirement.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior management to gather requirements and share progress.
• Lead and mentor project teams, delegating tasks and supporting junior members.
• Run Agile ceremonies, workshops, and manage multiple scrum teams using Agile principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of meaningful program or project management experience delivering complex enterprise projects.
• Agile experience with strong familiarity acting as a scrum master.
• Hands-on experience with project management tooling like JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheets.
• Experience working on complex projects touching various stack layers and applications.
• High organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize concurrent initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with interpersonal abilities to influence others.

Good to have

• Experience in managing ERP projects.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• SAFe certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Expertise with collaboration tools such as G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Confluence.
