Razorpay Software Private Limited is looking for a Group Manager, Banking Solutions to join its team in Bengaluru. Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate Razorpay’s value proposition during executive presentations and discovery sessions with bank partners and enterprise merchants.
• Map Razorpay’s product suite and roadmap against customer requirements to design end-to-end payment architectures.
• Prepare functional scope documents, product requirement documents, and technical scope of work specifications for merchant acquiring solutions.
• Partner with banks, card networks, and processors to co-create next-generation payment and banking solutions.
• Manage and deliver merchant acquiring payment platforms across delivery channels like payment gateways, transaction processing, and settlements.
• Collaborate internally with business, product, engineering, and customer success teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Facilitate support during UAT, certification testing, SDLC tracking, and platform troubleshooting across issuing and acquiring frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, product management, or platform delivery.
• Experience within digital payments, merchant acquiring, IT, or a leading financial institution.
• Prior experience at a fintech company.
• Deep technical understanding combined with product and program management skills.
• Ability to design custom payment architectures and drive integrations to deployment.
