As a Manager for Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis, you act as a senior member of the CRM department. Your typical workday involves managing the Salesforce platform, supporting stakeholders, gathering business requirements, analyzing operational challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional partners across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and IT teams. Please note that this role requires full coverage of US Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Salesforce platform including user management and security controls.
- Configure objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document user stories and process flows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support leadership decisions.
- Support system integrations with platforms such as IQVIA, Pitcher, Snowflake, and Marketing tools.
- Deliver end-user training, adoption materials, and ensure adherence to pharmaceutical compliance standards.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience supporting Salesforce CRM platforms with administration and business analysis duties.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Strong background supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Veeva, Life Sciences Cloud, or Data Cloud.
- Ability to cover US Eastern Time business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.
- Experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, and translating needs into CRM solutions.
