Everpure is hiring a Member of Technical Staff for the FlashBlade business unit in Bangalore, India. Everpure has evolved into a leading data platform, achieving significant revenue growth and supporting the technology defining the next era, including AI labs, hyperscalers, and data platforms. As a seed member of this growing product team, you will help build a scale-out all-flash file and object store designed for modern workloads like AI, log analytics, and cluster computing. A normal day in this role involves designing creative new algorithms for high-performance systems, collaborating with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, driving complex technical problems to resolution, and owning software innovation from concept to shipped product.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative new algorithms for high-performance and highly reliable systems
- Own and deliver product innovation end-to-end from concept to final shipment
- Analyze and solve challenging engineering problems through persistence and technical insight
- Engage and interact effectively with product management, development, validation, support, and customers
- Collaborate as part of a team alongside smart peers
- Contribute to high availability and uptime of enterprise infrastructure deployments
- Drive design and architecture evolution across architectural forums
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Developer level Linux platform development
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, Java, Go, or other languages
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Strong understanding of threads, synchronization, and concurrent programming
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline

- Hands-on development experience in the Storage Domain and related technologies
- Experience making strategic architectural decisions
