The MTS-Exa role at Everpure places you within the Exa team, where you will help redefine enterprise storage by bringing together block, file, and object protocols across hybrid-cloud settings. Everpure operates as a data platform provider serving hyperscalers, AI labs, data platform creators, and the wider AI ecosystem. In this position, you will combine technical knowledge in distributed systems with leadership abilities to shape architecture choices and mentor engineers. A normal day involves guiding the end-to-end delivery of storage systems, crafting algorithms for modern data workloads and AI infrastructure, solving tough system engineering problems involving multi-threading and Linux internals, collaborating with product and validation teams, and setting high engineering standards through architecture forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural evolution and end-to-end delivery of resilient storage systems from design to product shipping.
• Design and implement algorithms and concurrent platform solutions for AI infrastructure and modern data pipelines.
• Resolve multi-threaded, high-concurrency performance and reliability issues across Linux platform internals.
• Collaborate with product, validation, and support teams to align technical roadmaps and establish standards.
• Mentor high-performing engineering peers and spearhead architecture forums to foster technical excellence.

Requirements

• Deep platform development proficiency in Linux system programming.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
• Mastery of object-oriented design, data structures, multi-threading, synchronization, and concurrent programming.
• Understanding of distributed systems architecture and enterprise-grade high availability.
• Ability to make strategic architectural decisions and support complex production deployments.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate system architectures and champion design proposals.
