Everpure, a recognized data platform company with strong revenue growth, is seeking an MTS-Exa team member in Bangalore. The Exa team focuses on redefining enterprise storage by unifying block, file, and object protocols in hybrid-cloud environments. In this role, you will combine technical expertise in distributed systems with leadership to guide architectural choices and mentor engineers. A normal day involves leading end-to-end delivery of storage systems, designing algorithms for AI infrastructure and modern data workloads, solving complex multi-threaded performance issues, and collaborating closely with product, validation, and support teams to establish engineering standards and align technical roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural evolution and end-to-end delivery of high-performance storage systems from design to shipped products.
- Design and implement algorithms and concurrent platform solutions for modern data pipelines, AI infrastructure, and distributed computing.
- Perform root-cause analysis to resolve multi-threaded, high-concurrency performance and reliability issues across Linux platform internals.
- Collaborate with product management, validation, and support teams to align technical roadmaps and architectural standards.
- Mentor engineering peers, lead architecture forums, and foster a culture of technical excellence and customer-first impact.
Requirements
- Deep platform development proficiency in Linux system programming.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
- Mastery of object-oriented design, data structures, multi-threading, synchronization, concurrent programming, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven ability to make strategic architectural decisions and design for enterprise-grade high availability.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of articulating complex system architectures and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies.
