Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company focused on innovative products for underserved patients across cardiovascular, neurology, endocrinology, and other key markets. As the Oracle Fusion Finance Lead based in Hyderabad, you will serve as the senior functional owner for Oracle Fusion Financials. Your primary focus will be ensuring the stability, governance, and continuous improvement of finance processes across modules like AP, GL, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. A normal day in this role involves providing hands-on functional expertise, leading stakeholder engagement, driving solution design, overseeing integrations and testing cycles, and collaborating with finance leadership to align scalable Oracle Fusion solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Fusion Financials operations for core modules to ensure system stability and quality service.
• Drive functional configuration, solution design, and governance across AP, GL, AR, Cash Management, and FA.
• Deliver senior functional leadership for Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Collaborate with Finance leaders to translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Supervise integrations, data corrections, testing cycles, and release readiness activities.
• Build robust documentation, audit readiness, and change governance practices for finance operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall Oracle ERP finance experience with Oracle Fusion Financials expertise.
• Strong functional configuration background in AP, GL, AR, Cash Management, FA, and BPM workflows.
• Deep familiarity with R2R, P2P, O2C, bank management, accounting, and financial close processes.
• Background in application support, configuration updates, UAT support, and steady-state operations.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Good to have

• Exposure to integrations, OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, and FBDI/ADFDI uploads.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or B.Tech.
• Experience in pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industry sectors.
• Knowledge of SOX-oriented processes, finance controls, and audit requirements.
• Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud including Planning, Budgeting, and Smart View.
