Quince is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager in Bengaluru to oversee large, cross-functional technical programs that drive the company's growth and international expansion. Quince operates on a unique manufacturer-to-consumer model, aiming to provide high-quality everyday essentials at low prices by leveraging proprietary technology, artificial intelligence, and analytics. In this hands-on, individual contributor role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, business, and legal teams spread across global time zones. A normal day involves aligning teams on priorities, managing technical and business trade-offs, driving end-to-end program execution, identifying risks early, and communicating program status and metrics clearly to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large technical programs from initial scoping to post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, architects, and product managers to navigate technical and business trade-offs.
• Align US and India teams, including leadership operating in Pacific time zones.
• Identify potential risks early and facilitate timely decisions to unblock teams.
• Deliver clear written updates regarding program status, risks, and requests to senior leadership.
• Establish and scale execution mechanisms for the team as the organization grows.

Requirements

• Possess 10 to 14 years of professional experience, including extensive time as a TPM on customer-facing product programs.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership by tackling ambiguous problems proactively.
• Show a proven track record of managing product launches from inception to completion.
• Bring technical depth, such as an engineering background or experience shaping architecture and design choices.
• Have hands-on experience running cross-functional programs involving international stakeholders, particularly US-based teams.
• Exhibit exceptional written communication skills when engaging with senior stakeholders.

Good to have

• Background in e-commerce, D2C, or online marketplaces.
• Prior exposure to global expansion, localization, or regulatory initiatives.
