As a Senior Manager, Global Procurement - Lounge / Swim / Intimate / KBM at Quince, you will own and drive cost structures and savings for assigned categories in India. Quince operates a manufacturer-to-consumer model that eliminates traditional retail layers to deliver high-quality essentials at low prices. Your normal day involves defining category strategies, executing competitive RFPs with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, creating component-level clean sheets, and negotiating transparent pricing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, materials, and technology to optimize supply chain processes, secure supply continuity, and drive product cost reductions while supporting sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for assigned categories.
- Deliver exceptional product cost without sacrificing product quality or ESG considerations.
- Partner with the technology team to embed procurement capabilities into the Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools.
- Identify and deliver 700 bps product cost reductions over the next 12 months.
- Structure and run competitive, end-to-end bidding processes and RFPs with manufacturing partners.
- Create and utilize component-level clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and optimum costs.
- Partner directly with Material Managers and Sourcing Teams to align material benefits into finished goods costing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment.
- Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
- Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
- Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and technology teams.
