Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for assigned apparel categories.
- Deliver product cost reductions and exceptional pricing without sacrificing product quality or ESG considerations.
- Structure and run competitive, end-to-end bidding processes and RFPs with international manufacturing partners.
- Create and utilize component-level clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and optimum cost approvals.
- Partner with material sourcing and technology teams to embed procurement capabilities into vendor tools.
- Lead buy plan margin reviews to govern company margin targets and support merchandising with scale costing targets.
- Identify and execute value creation opportunities to reshape the supply chain beyond traditional sourcing boundaries.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment.
- Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
- Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
