Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a private specialty pharmaceutical company focused on creating innovative products for underserved patients across cardiovascular, neurology, endocrinology, and other key markets. The growing Supply Chain team in Hyderabad is seeking a Product Supply Planning Manager to own the end-to-end supply plan for Contract Manufacturing Organizations. In a normal day, this role involves creating monthly supply plans, issuing purchase orders and forecasts, monitoring deliveries, managing supply constraints, maintaining planning master data, and collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners to support smooth manufacturing and successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain monthly supply plans for CMOs using inventory and open order data.
• Issue purchase orders and forecasts to CMOs and track delivery progress against requested dates.
• Proactively manage supply constraints to reduce negative business impacts.
• Manage master data integrity and act as the Expert User for planning parameters and purchasing conditions.
• Oversee new product launches to ensure timely supply, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination.
• Propose appropriate stock holding levels based on safety stock, lead times, and working capital targets.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven E2E planning experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Direct experience interacting with CMOs in an international environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of cross-functional and external partner collaboration.
• Effective time management skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Good to have

• Familiarity or functional knowledge with Oracle ERP systems.
• APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM or CSCP, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience supporting new product introductions in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience working across multiple time zones with global CMO networks.
