As a Salesforce Developer at Everpure in Bangalore, you will drive the design, evolution, and technical execution of the company's Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Community. You will transform complex requirements into scalable platform solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components. Your day-to-day work involves designing enterprise REST/SOAP web services, building AppExchange integrations, identifying platform bottlenecks, resolving data inconsistencies, automating enterprise workflows, and leading end-to-end change management and deployment processes to optimize business efficiency and elevate the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
- Deliver high-impact functionality across Sales, Service, and Community platforms.
- Build and maintain secure REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth connections, and third-party AppExchange integrations.
- Adhere to platform governance limits and architectural best practices.
- Identify platform bottlenecks, resolve data inconsistencies, and automate enterprise workflows.
- Increase operational speed and data accuracy across business units.
- Lead end-to-end change management and deployment processes.
- Communicate project updates and technical considerations to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of deep technical experience in custom Salesforce development and configuration.
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Communities utilizing Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
- Practical experience designing enterprise REST/SOAP web services and managing authentication models.
- Experience integrating third-party AppExchange applications.
- Strong problem-solving and self-management skills with a track record of driving complex technical deliverables independently.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts.
