Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a private specialty pharma company focused on innovative treatments for underserved patients across various medical markets. Its CX team is currently building new capabilities using advanced AI and engagement tools. As a Senior Salesforce Developer based in Hyderabad, you will design, implement, and optimize custom CRM solutions tailored for the pharmaceutical sector. You will support commercial operations, sales enablement, medical affairs, and HCP engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance. A typical workday involves leading end-to-end Salesforce development, building workflows and integrations with third-party tools like IQVIA and Snowflake, mentoring junior team members, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting code reviews, and ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end Salesforce solutions for commercial sales, marketing, and medical affairs.
• Customize multi-cloud Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Implement solutions for HCP/HCO engagement, field force automation, sample tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Define and manage integrations with third-party pharmaceutical systems like IQVIA, Snowflake, and iRep platforms.
• Act as a technical lead by guiding IT teams, mentoring junior developers, and conducting code reviews.
• Ensure all platform solutions adhere to pharmaceutical regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act, and FDA rules.

Requirements

• Extensive Salesforce experience focusing on LWC development, CRM design, and system integrations.
• Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, CRMA, Health Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Strong understanding of pharma-specific processes including HCP engagement, medical affairs, and patient services.
• Proficiency in Omnistudio, Apex, DevOps, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Solid background in data architecture, security, and governance under HIPAA and GDPR compliance.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I & II.

• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant credential.
• Salesforce Certified AI Associate and AI Specialist certifications.
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant credential.
