Razorpay Software Private Limited is looking for a Senior Associate, HRBP Operations for their Bengaluru location. Razorpay is a leading full-stack financial technology company in India that powers businesses to move, manage, and grow money through advanced tech solutions like AI-native payments, fraud detection, and automated payouts. In this full-time contract role, you will be part of the HR team and work closely with HRBPs and cross-functional teams. A normal day in this role involves providing operational support to the HRBP team, coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events, managing HR data and reporting, creating leadership presentations, and handling cross-functional vendor coordination. You will take full ownership of assigned people operations tasks to ensure smooth execution, drive efficiency, and deliver a seamless employee experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to HRBPs including tracking, scheduling, and coordination.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, town halls, and All Hands events.
- Design and create HR communications, leadership decks, and presentations.
- Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and prepare data reports for leadership reviews.
- Coordinate with Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and vendors for HR requirements and payments.
- Streamline recurring HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Own assigned people initiatives completely from planning to closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, or People Operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and trackers
- Good presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset suited for a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership and ability to drive tasks independently
