Responsibilities
- Design and execute the AI-Native learning strategy to integrate artificial intelligence across business functions.
- Engage directly with teams on the ground to understand job execution and daily challenges.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Build monthly training plans and coordinate calendar execution.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) to upload materials and track completion.
- Analyze and present training data, attendance numbers, and feedback to leadership.
- Manage external training vendors, paperwork, and workshop operations.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of previous experience in a training or L&D role managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and people skills to interact with junior staff and leadership.
- High level of organization and attention to detail for managing projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable using modern AI tools like Gemini, Claude, and GPT for daily tasks and automation.
- Strong skills in Google Workspace for data management, performance tracking, and presentations.
