As a Senior Data Analyst at G2 in Bengaluru, you will spend your normal day combining strong SQL modeling and statistical skills to deliver actionable insights and recommendations. Responsibilities
- Provide descriptive and diagnostic analysis to inform product and go-to-market decision-making.
- Develop effective data models and clean dataset transformations for organizational consistency.
- Design and maintain dashboards using BI tools to monitor KPIs and business drivers.
- Build, maintain, and iterate on AI-powered skills and automations for stakeholder self-service access.
- Perform QA on complex SQL queries and maintain LookML views in Looker.
- Lead team discussions and coach junior team members on complex datasets and requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in data analysis roles.
- Experience designing dashboards and enabling self-serve analytics through Business Intelligence tooling.
- Experience with relational database modeling and reporting layers.
- Adept with Postgres, SQL databases, and CTE performance scripting.
- Experience working in an agile environment with multiple stakeholder teams.
- Hands-on experience with Looker (LookML) and Snowflake SQL syntax.
Good to have
- Experience in User Generated Content (UGC) or in the software industry.
- Statistical programming experience with R and/or Python.
- Familiarity with web and conversion analytics tooling.
